Shall I go or not? When the time comes to decide destination and schedule of the next trip, for many, the main issue is time. Ibiza though, it's always worth it...

Those 5 days off seem to be too few for a vacation, and yet...and yet it is just a pity not to take advantage of it for packing and leave for a holiday.

Ibiza then is an ideal solution: well connected to all Europe by major airlines, including low cost ones; finding an accommodation is always possible, even at the last minute; in a few days in Ibiza...so many things can happen!

Let's see what ' realistically ' you can do on the White Island in a short stay:

DAY 1

With short time at your disposal, you should look for a flight arriving in the morning. Once you land, try find the quickest way to reach your accommodation.

In this regard, by booking with Ibiza Libre, you can enjoy a convenient free transfer to your villa.

Sooner or later, however, you will need a mean of transport and then it's a good idea to rent a motorbike or a car already at the airport.

Staying in the area of Ibiza Town, just 15 minutes from the airport, may be the right choice for a short stay.

You can spend the first day in the beautiful nearby beaches, a few kilometers from the town: es Cavallet and then Las Salinas. Here you cnan enjoy the sea in total relaxation, and round off your evening with a drink and some music in a typical chiringuito, like Sa Trinxa.

For the night, you can explore the narrow streets pf La Marina, seething with restaurants and bars, where you can have fun until late at night. It is advisable not to stay up till morning though, if you want to be active the next day.

DAY 2

After a good breakfast, perhaps in one of the port front cafes, it's time to explore the island. The itinerary is up to you, but you might start with the Southeast area, with an initial stop at Cala Jondal, Ibiza's coolest Beach, to eat or drink in one of its famous beach bars.

In the afternoon you can go up the coast, with a stop at Cala D'hort Cove or Cala Tarida, and arrive for the sunset in the beautiful Cala Compte. Here, if you haven't tried the paella, it is time to do so, at Ses Roques restaurant, in a breathtaking location.

In the evening, time has come to explore a bit the night life. Anyways, sooner or later you would have to pay a visit to Pacha...

DAY 3

You can follow the route of the day before, to discover the area of San Antonio. Around here the choice of beaches is vast, but we'd be definitely stopping by Cala Salada, one of the most beautiful spots of the island, especially if it's not peak season (when it gets crowded and lose a little bit of its magic).

San Antonio is certainly a viable option for the evening as well, with its famous bars and clubs like Cafè del Mar, il legendary Pikes Ibiza or the Hard Rock Hotel.

DAY 4

It's the last full day, and after “obligatory steps”, the time has come to see something different. You can then cross the island from its interior and visit its wonderful countryside, with a stop in the traditional villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and, if you have time, reach the area of San Carles.
Here, assuming you still still want to enjoy the sea, Aguas Blancas is a must see: an amazing strip of white sand between a deep blue sea and high cliffs.

For dinner, if you want to stay traditional, you must try the chicken Payes in the charming ambiance of Cas Pages. If you want something more exotic, a good alternative is offered by Oriental style garden of Sansara restaurant.

DAY 5

It is the day of the departure, but if you still have time before your flight, you can enjoy some shopping in the alleys of Dalt Vila or, if you can't stay without the sea, take a last dip in Talamanca, nice beach just steps aways from the town, celebrating the experience with one last glass of sangria at chiringuito Alegria.

Come to Ibiza. Every occasion is the right one!
